When a Policy is uploaded into the 'Policy Center', a person is designated as 'Responsible for Policy' or the 'Owner.'

Only the person designated as responsible or as the owner can approve the policy, therefore making it available for employees to accept during onboarding.

The owner would see a green button that says 'Approve' they would click to approve the policy.
