ASSOCIATED DRATA CONTROL

This test is part of the Separate Testing and Production Environments control that ensures the company applications have specific testing and production environments that are separate from one another.

WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata is unable to identify separate testing and production environments for an application the test will fail. With a failed test you will receive a list of applications that do not have both a test and production environment. Drata will be referencing environment tags such as "Test", "Testing", "Staging", and "QA" against the corresponding tags of "Prod" or "Production".

To remediate a failed test you will need to review your application server environments and ensure that tags have been applied correctly. If needed, you may need to provision a separate server environment to isolate Test from Production.
