ASSOCIATED DRATA CONTROL

This test is part of the Multiple Availability Zones control that ensures your company utilizes multiple availability zones (AZs) to replicate production data across different zones. Drata will be inspecting data replication configurations to determine if production data is being replicated to a different zone.

WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata finds production database systems that are not replicated across multiple Availability Zones (AZs) the test will fail. With a failed test you will receive a list of database systems that are not replicated across multiple AZs.

To remediate a failed test, you will need to either properly identify these database systems as "Not Production Database(s)" or review the steps necessary in your Infrastructure configuration to enable replication across multiple AZs.
