This test is part of the Unique Accounts Used control that ensures a unique ID is required to access the corporate network, production machines, network devices, and support tools.

WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata finds service permissions that have been assigned to individual users and/or groups the test will fail. With a failed test you will receive a list of individual accounts that have service permissions.

To remediate a failed test you will need to reconcile the permissions of these user's ensuring that service permissions are only assigned to IAM roles.
