Test: NoSQL Cluster CPU Load Monitored

Drata inspects your company NoSQL cluster monitoring configuration to determine if CPU load is monitored, with alerting thresholds.

ASSOCIATED DRATA CONTROL

This test is part of the NoSQL Database Monitored and Alarmed control that ensures your company has implemented tools to monitor NoSQL databases and notify appropriate personnel of any events or incidents based on predetermined criteria. Incidents must also be escalated per policy requirements.

WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata finds the NoSQL configuration either does not have monitoring or alerts on CPU load or that the alerts are not being sent to DB admins the test will fail. With a failed test you will receive a list of DBs without monitoring/alerts set up correctly to send to DB admins.

To remediate a failed test, you will need to configure your NoSQL cluster CPU monitoring to ensure alerts are appropriately sent to DB admins.
