In Audit Hub, there are limitations on the files you can upload and share. Please acquaint yourself with the file size limitations in order to avoid any errors from too large file sizes, or attempts to upload too many tiles at once. Following the recommended maximum file sizes below will ensure a smoother experience in the application.

When uploading evidence to a Control please make note of the maximum file sizes below.

NOTE: This does not apply to auditors.

If you have several files to upload at once—11 or more files—consider using a zip file. Ensure the zip file is no larger than 25MB. Another option is to send multiple messages in the same request.
