Please acquaint yourself with the file size limitations in order to avoid any errors from too large file sizes, or attempts to upload too many tiles at once. Following the recommended maximum file sizes below will ensure a smoother experience in the application.

Control Evidence

When uploading evidence to a Control please make note of the maximum file sizes below.

Uploading Multiple Files at Once

If you have several files to upload at once—11 or more files—consider using a zip file. Ensure the zip file is no larger than 25MB. Another option is to send multiple messages in the same request. There is no limit on the number of messages or message attachments.
