Drata has a Freshsales integration. This integration monitors individual's access and roles within your platform for compliance purposes.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have an Organization Admin role within Freshsales.
Create a Freshsales API Token and copy the API Key. You will need the API Key when connecting to Drata.
Ensure that the created API is under CRM API Details. Freshsales has multiple ways to create API keys that are used in different scenarios.
Enable Freshsales
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Freshsales, and select Connect.
On the drawer, you can connect to Freshsales.
In the next steps, enter the API Token and your Company Domain.
You can find your company domain in the URL you use to log into Freshsales. For example, if the URL is
https://mycompany.myfreshworks.com/, your company domain ismycompany.
A check mark with a success message indicates a successful connection.
