Drata has a Klaviyo integration. This integration monitors individual's access and roles within your platform for compliance purposes.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you are an admin or owner in your Klaviyo account.
Ensure you have a paid Klaviyo plan.
Enable Klaviyo SCIM user provisioning and save the SCIM key. You will need to SCIM key to connect to Drata. Ensure to include the prefix of the SCIM key, Klaviyo-API-Key.
Refer to Klaviyo’s documentation on how to set up your SCIM user provisioning.
Enable Klaviyo
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Klaviyo, and select Connect.
On the drawer, you can connect to Klaviyo.
In the next steps, enter the SCIM key.
A check mark with a success message indicates a successful connection.
Troubleshooting tips
If the SCIM Key is not correct, the following error is displayed: Could not connect account. Please check your credentials and try again.
