Drata has an Oracle HCM integration. This integration monitors individual's access and roles within your platform for compliance purposes.
Prerequisites
Retrieve your Rest Server URL.
You can find the REST Server URL in the welcome email sent to your Oracle Cloud service administrator. This is typically the URL of your Oracle Cloud service. For example,
https://servername.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com.
Create an Oracle user with the required roles referencing Oracle HCM’s documentation: Add User Account and Assign Roles to an Existing User
Roles required:
ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST_JOBORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
Enable Oracle HCM
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Oracle HCM, and select Connect.
On the drawer, you can connect to Oracle HCM.
In the next steps, enter:
The Username and Password of the new User created in the previous steps
Your Rest Server URL
A check mark with a success message indicates a successful connection.
