Integrating Dialpad with Drata automates your user access reviews, saving time and reducing errors by syncing user data directly from Dialpad.
Prerequisites
Ensure you are Company Admin in your Dialpad account.
Create your Dialpad API Key. You will need this to connect Dialpad to Drata.
Log in to Dialpad account, select Settings in the left side navigation panel.
Log in to your Dialpad account. Select settings icon in the left side navigation panel. Then, ensure that the dropdown menu in the side navigation menu has My company selected.
Then, under Authentication, select API Keys.
Select Add Key button. Enter a name and set the expiration date and save.
Ensure to take note of the expiration date.
Copy the API key and store it safely.
Enable Dialpad
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Dialpad, and select Connect.
Follow the instructions on the connection drawer.
After you select connect to Dialpad, on the popup modal, enter the required fields with the values that you obtained from the previous section.
