Welcome! We are thrilled to be working with you and your company. You’ll learn quickly that customers are at the center of everything we do, and we constantly strive to make your life easier and provide the best experience possible. We know that many of you were involved in purchasing Drata, but even more of you are interacting with the platform and our team for the first time. So, below, we’ll provide background on what we do, what to expect, who our team is, what resources we offer, and how you can provide us feedback. Let’s dive in!

What to expect

Drata is a compliance automation platform. We automate your compliance journey from start to audit-ready and beyond. More importantly, we support companies at every stage of GRC maturity from startups just getting started to enterprise companies with established teams and practices. We bring more efficiency to the process.

Not only does Drata provide standard GRC functionality, additionally we have multiple avenues to automate evidence collection that fulfills the standards that are most important for your industry or current journey. We connect to your cloud providers, running tests on a daily basis to uncover any gaps in your configurations in accordance with best practices. We also recognize, no platform can automate 100% of any compliance framework, so we deploy streamlined processes for collecting and updating manual evidence as well. In short, we ease the process and create a centralized view of your compliance posture.

Our team…and now yours!

From day one at Drata, another part of our ethos has been to support you in your journey. You have an entire team behind the scenes to guide you along the way.

Account Managers: The Account Management team is another layer of support alongside your CSM team, focusing on the renewal and commercial considerations for your work with Drata.

Compliance Advisors: The Compliance team comprises former auditors and security experts. They are a resource to provide guidance on security and compliance best practices. They are also accessible via our in-app support.

Customer Education: The Customer Education team comprises customer education and technical documentation. These resources are responsible for technical documentation and video based tutorials to keep you in the know!

Customer Success Management: The CSM team works alongside you to support in reaching your business outcomes and objectives. CSMs aid in project planning, executing your compliance goals, and understanding your product use cases.

Implementation Managers: A segment of customers also has access to our Implementation Management team. This team of dedicated Drata experts drives project plans to ensure successful Drata platform setup via weekly meetings for the first 60-90 days of engagement with Drata.

Solutions Architecture: The SA team is a resource for your technical needs. They are a partner to the CSM team in supporting complex use cases, integrations, and usage of our APIs. They will dig into your more technical questions and scenarios.

Technical Support: The Technical Support team is accessible from within the application to answer your product usage and technical questions. This team will help you to be able to navigate Drata with ease.

Resources

While we have a team of experts to support you, we also know that having resources that allow you to navigate through Drata on your own time, independently are key to your success as well. Below, we outline a few of our most utilized resources.

  • Select “Live” in the upper right hand corner of the platform when you are logged into app.drata.com to speak to our Technical Support team or Compliance Advisors as you navigate through the platform.

  • Help Center’s library of articles (accessible by selecting the “?” in your Drata instance) is searchable and can help answer common questions you may have.

  • Start with the Quick Start Guide article to walk you through a comprehensive list of activities to get you up and running in Drata as quickly as possible.
