Welcome! We are thrilled to be working with you and your company. You’ll learn quickly that customers are at the center of everything we do, and we constantly strive to make your life easier and provide the best experience possible. We know that many of you were involved in purchasing Drata, but even more of you are interacting with the platform and our team for the first time. So, below, we’ll provide background on what we do, what to expect, who our team is, what resources we offer, and how you can provide us feedback. Let’s dive in!

What to expect

Drata is a compliance automation platform. We automate your compliance journey from start to audit-ready and beyond. More importantly, we support companies at every stage of GRC maturity from startups just getting started to enterprise companies with established teams and practices. We bring more efficiency to the process.

Not only does Drata provide standard GRC functionality, additionally we have multiple avenues to automate evidence collection that fulfills the standards that are most important for your industry or current journey. We connect to your cloud providers, running tests on a daily basis to uncover any gaps in your configurations in accordance with best practices. We also recognize, no platform can automate 100% of any compliance framework, so we deploy streamlined processes for collecting and updating manual evidence as well. In short, we ease the process and create a centralized view of your compliance posture.

From day one at Drata, another part of our ethos has been to support you in your journey. You have an entire team behind the scenes to guide you along the way.

Customer Success Managers

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) partner with you to ensure you realize value from the Drata platform. They support both strategic planning and day-to-day execution by helping you:

  • Plan and execute your compliance initiatives

  • Align Drata with your business and compliance objectives

  • Understand and optimize product use cases

  • Develop and maintain a long-term success plan

Account Management

Your Account Manager serves as a strategic partner, focusing on the commercial aspects of your relationship with Drata. They help ensure continuity and growth by supporting:

  • Contract renewals

  • Platform expansion and upgrades

  • Long-term partnership success

Compliance Advisory

Our Compliance Advisory team consists of experienced GRC practitioners, former consultants and auditors, and security professionals. They provide expert guidance on security, risk, and compliance best practices and are available through in-app support to assist with:

  • Interpreting compliance requirements

  • Applying industry best practices

  • Addressing security and risk-related questions

Customer Education

The Customer Education team delivers high-quality learning resources to help you get the most out of Drata. These resources include:

  • Technical documentation

  • Video-based tutorials

  • Product guidance designed to keep you informed and confident as you use the platform

Help Center’s library of articles (accessible by selecting the “?” in Drata) is searchable and can help answer common questions you may have.

Technical Support

For technical questions or troubleshooting, our Technical Support team is available through in-app chat to help with:

  • Resolving technical issues

  • Answering platform-related questions

  • Ensuring uninterrupted use of Drata

Select “Live” in the upper right hand corner of the platform when you are logged into app.drata.com to speak to our Technical Support team or Compliance Advisors as you navigate through the platform. Learn more at Drata Support.

Implementation Management

Some customers have access to our Implementation Management team. These dedicated Drata experts lead structured onboarding and setup to ensure a smooth start, including:

  • Guided project plans

  • Check-ins during the first 60–90 days

  • Hands-on support to ensure successful platform implementation

Submit feedback through the Product Roadmap portal in the Drata platform. To access the portal:

  1. Select the question mark icon in the upper-right corner.

  2. Navigate to Roadmap, Ideas, and Releases.

  3. Select a specific feature to add feedback, or choose Submit an idea to share a new suggestion.
