Integrating Aircall with Drata automates your user access reviews, saving time and reducing errors by syncing user data directly from Aircall.
Prerequisites
Ensure that your Aircall account has Admin or Owner privileges.
Create new Aircall API Credentials. You will need this to connect Aircall to Drata.
In the Aircall dashboard, on the left navigation, select the Integrations & API, and then select the API Keys tab.
Select Generate an API Key.
Copy your new API Credentials.
In the window that appears, enter a Key name for your new API credentials.
Copy both the displayed API ID and API Token. You will need this to connect Aircall to Drata.
Select the Confirm button once complete.
Enable Aircall
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Aircall, and select Connect.
Follow the instructions on the connection drawer.
After you select connect to Aircall, on the popup modal, enter the required fields with the values that you obtained from the previous section.
