Integrating Toggl with Drata automates your user access reviews, saving time and reducing errors by syncing user data directly from Toggl.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have Admin privileges within your Toggl account.
Create and copy the Toggl API Token.
After logging in to Toggl Track, go to your Profile Settings.
Scroll down to the API Token. If one has not yet been created, select the button to generate one.
Copy your displayed API Token and store it safely.
Create and copy the Toggl Organization ID.
Select Members under Manage on the left navigation bar.
Your Organization ID can be found in the URL on this page.
The URL syntax is the following:
https://track.toggl.com/organization/organization-id/teamCopy the
organization-id.
Enable Toggl
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Toggl, and select Connect.
Follow the instructions on the connection drawer.
After you select connect to Toggl, on the popup modal, enter the required fields with the values that you obtained from the previous section.
