ASSOCIATED DRATA CONTROL

This test is part of the Background Checks control that ensures your company requires all new hires to pass a background check as a condition of their employment.

WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata finds current employees that have not completed a background check prior to hire the test will fail. With a failed test, you will receive a list of personnel that has not received a background check.

To remediate a failed test, you will need to advise these employees to complete a background check. In the case were they have already completed a background check but the results are not showing in Drata you will need to navigate to their record on the 'Personnel Page' and paste in the URL to their background check summary.
