Drata inspects your company records to determine if there is a sample Master Service Agreement (MSA) in place.

ASSOCIATED DRATA CONTROL

This test is part of the Commitments Explained to Customers control that ensures security commitments are communicated to external users, as appropriate.

WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata is unable to locate a template Master Service Agreement (MSA) the test will fail. To remediate a failed test you will need to upload a Master Service Agreement template to the company document section.

STEPS TO REMEDIATE

  1. Navigate to the Account Settings - Company page in Drata

  2. Add a 'Master Service Agreement' document
