Making the initial connection Zoho BugTracker

Connecting Zoho to Drata allows for the automated checks and evidence collection to prove to auditors that your company follows its vulnerability management policy and procedures.

BEFORE DIVING IN

  • Make sure you have Admin (Portal owner) to your company's Zoho account.

  • Ensure API access has been turned ON.

    • To setup API access, you can copy and paste the following url, replacing the {domain} with your company's Zoho domain.

      • https://bugtracker.zoho.com/portal/{domain}#setup/apiaccess

Connect Zoho to Drata

  1. Select the Connections page near the bottom left corner.

  2. Search for Zoho and connect.

  3. The connection drawer provides next steps.

    • Enter the tag you use to mark Security issues. This tag is case sensitive.

If you provide a value, Drata will consider tickets labeled with that value as Security issues.

If you leave this field blank, Drata will use Zoho's Classification field to determine what is a Security issue.
