You may need or want to be able to reset manual changes made to a personnel record. Currently, if you make a manual change, that disables the ability for the IdP and HRIS to sync and bring in more data for that particular field. This reset functionality will allow you to account for an error or mistake.
BEFORE DIVING IN
Only account administrators or information security lead have access to this functionality.
HERE'S HOW
Select the personnel record you'd like to reset. Click on the record and the drawer will extend from the right side of your screen. Next to 'Updated via Drata' click the button 'Re-enable HRIS/IdP sync'.
NOTE: 'Updated via Drata' will only be visible if the team member had their separation, start date or employment status updated manually within the Drata interface.
A modal will open, confirming you would like to reactivate the HRIS/IdP sync for that individual. To confirm, click 'Yes, reset'.
You will also see an additional column entitled 'Status Sync'. A blue icon denotes the sync is currently active while gray means it is disabled.
