Integrating Gong with Drata automates your user access reviews, saving time and reducing errors by syncing user data directly from Gong.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have Business Admins privileges within your Gong account.
Create and copy your Access Key, Access Key Secret, and API base URL.
Log in to your Gong Account and go to your Company settings.
Select API which is located under the Ecosystem section.
Scroll down to the API KEYS tab and copy your base URL. You will need this to connect Gong to Drata.
Select Get API Key button to generate Access Key and Access Key Secret.
Copy your Access Key and Access Key Secret. You will need this to connect Gong to Drata.
Copy the workspace ID.
Your Workspace ID is found in the URL.
Example URL:
https://my-domain.app.gong.io/company/api-authentication?workspace-id=123. The Workspace ID is123.
Enable Gong
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Gong, and select Connect.
Follow the instructions on the connection drawer.
After you select connect to Gong, on the popup modal, enter the required fields with the values that you obtained from the previous section.
