Integrating Smartsheet with Drata automates your user access reviews, saving time and reducing errors by syncing user data directly from Smartsheet.
Prerequisites
Ensure that your Smartsheet account has Administrator privileges.
A Smartsheet Business plan or higher is required for this integration.
Create a new SmartSheet OAuth Application.
Note: These steps require a Smartsheet Developer account. If you do not have one, one can be created at https://developers.smartsheet.com/register/.
Navigate to Developer Tools.
Select your profile icon in the bottom left corner, then click Developer Tools…
In the Developer Tools, select the Create New App button.
Enter the following details for the new application:
App name, description, URL.
The URL can be the URL of your organization’s homepage.
App contact/support: Enter your email address
App redirect URL: Enter https://api.stackone.com/connect/oauth2/smartsheet_iam/callback
Publish App: Leave blank
Proceed by selecting the Save button.
Copy application credentials. Your Client ID (App client id) and Client Secret (App secret) will be displayed. You will need these values to connect Smartsheet to Drata.
Enable Smartsheet
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Smartsheet, and select Connect.
Follow the instructions on the connection drawer.
After you select connect to Smartsheet, on the popup modal, enter the required fields with the values that you obtained from the previous section.
