Drata has an integration for Autodesk. This integration monitors individual's access and roles within your platform for compliance purposes.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you have Primary or Secondary admin access within Autodesk. 
- Make sure to have an activate a BIM 360 account. - The Account ID is located in the URL when you are logged into the B360 Admin. Example: - https://admin.b360.autodesk.com/admin/{{Account ID}}/projects
 
- When registering the app, select Traditional Web App for application type. 
- After registering your app, copy your client ID and client secret. You will need this to connect Autodesk to Drata. 
- The Description, Callback URL, and API Access is not required to connect to Drata and can be left blank. 
 
- Select the following access levels for your custom integrations: BIM 360 Account Administration and Document Management. 
- Select I'm the developer. 
- On the Add Custom Integration modal, make sure to: - Enable I have saved the Account ID information securely. 
- Securely copy the account ID. You will need the account ID to connect to Drata. 
- Enter your client ID into Forge Client ID. 
- Enter the name of your App. 
- Save when you are done. 
 
 
- If your organization uses a web application firewall (WAF), make sure you allow the following IP addresses to ensure successful connection. 
Enable Autodesk
- Select Connections on the side navigation menu. 
- Select the Available connections tab, search for Autodesk, and select Connect. 
- On the drawer, you can connect to Autodesk. 
- In the next steps, enter the client ID, client secret, account ID. 
A check mark with a success message indicates a successful connection.
