Integrating Teamviewer with Drata automates your user access reviews, saving time and reducing errors by syncing user data directly from Teamviewer.
Prerequisites
Ensure that your Teamviewer account has Admin privileges.
Create a Teamviewer Script Token. You will need these values to connect Teamviewer to Drata.
Go to your Teamviewer Management Console at https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/managecompany/apps
Select Company Administration on the left, then Apps.
Under Apps and Scripts accessing your company, select the Create script token button.
Select the required script token permissions.
User management: view users
Group management: read groups
Copy your script token.
Enable Teamviewer
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for Teamviewer, and select Connect.
Follow the instructions on the connection drawer.
After you select connect to Teamviewer, on the popup modal, enter the required fields with the values that you obtained from the previous section.
