Integrating OpenAI with Drata automates your user access reviews, saving time and reducing errors by syncing user data directly from OpenAI.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have Owner privileges within your OpenAI organization.
Copy the Admin key
Log in to your OpenAI Account.
Select Organization overview from the dropdown and then go to the Admin Keys page.
Select the + Create new Admin key button near the top right corner.
Enter the new Key Name and select the Create admin key button.
Copy the Admin Key and store it in a secure place. You will need this to connect OpenAI to Drata.
Copy the Project ID. Each connection will be linked to a single OpenAI project within your organization.
Navigate to OpenAI's Projects page and copy the desired Project ID.
Enable OpenAI
Select Connections on the side navigation menu.
Select the Available connections tab, search for OpenAI, and select Connect.
Follow the instructions on the connection drawer.
After you select connect to OpenAI, on the popup modal, enter the required fields with the values that you obtained from the previous section.
