What does the acquisition of SafeBase mean for me as a customer?

Drata and SafeBase are coming together to build a seamless ecosystem that integrates trust, governance, risk, and compliance.

With this acquisition, we are uniting to create a best-in-class Trust Management Platform. There will be no disruption to your service—rather, in the coming months, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the Trust Center and AI Questionnaire Assistance (AIQA) products by SafeBase to determine if a migration or upgrade is right for you.

This acquisition brings an even more enhanced experience. Together, we will continue to support:

Will there be service disruptions?

We are committed to a smooth transition, and do not anticipate any disruptions in service.

Do I still have access to the same products and services?

At this time, Trust Center Pro and Essential are not being discontinued. However, you will have an opportunity in the coming months to migrate to an upgraded version of Trust Center and/or AI Questionnaire Assistance with SafeBase. Sign up to be the first to receive updates

What if I don't want to use SafeBase for my Trust Center?

Not a problem, if you don’t want to use SafeBase for your Trust Center, you can continue to use Drata’s Trust Center with no disruption to your service at this time. Once we have a seamless way to migrate, we will be encouraging customers to take advantage of SafeBase capabilities as they will give you an even more enhanced experience.

Will Drata’s Trust Center be Discontinued?

There are no immediate plans to sunset Drata's Trust Center. We are working on an integrated product experience and will communicate any migration plans well in advance. Sign up here to be the first to know about migrating your Trust Center over to SafeBase.

How much longer will I have access to Drata's SQA Beta?

If you have been participating in Drata’s Security Questionnaire Automaton beta, we are appreciative of all of your continued feedback! We are working on next steps for beta customers. We will share more options on how you can upgrade to SafeBase AI Questionnaire Automation if you would like to choose that route. What are the benefits of moving over to a SafeBase AIQA Product?

If you decide to migrate to the SafeBase AI Questionnaire Assistance Product in the future, your Security Questionnaire Responses will be even more streamlined with the ability to use a Chrome extension and integrations with Slack, Teams, and Jira to efficiently complete even the most tedious and lengthy security questionnaires.

If you decide to migrate to the SafeBase Trust Center Product in the future, you'll gain access to expanded features, including:
