Building trust with prospects and customers is crucial for growing your business. Drata enables all customers to showcase their overall security posture and selectively share information, regardless of the Trust Center plan.

This article covers the Trust Center Essential and Trust Center Pro.

BEFORE DIVING IN

If you have not purchased Trust Center, you are on Trust Center Essential. If you have purchased Trust Center, you are on Trust Center Pro.

Trust Center Essential

All individuals within Drata have access to Trust Center Essential. This version includes:

  • Single hub to host security reports, documents and policies.

  • Live view of your security posture.

  • Clickwrap NDA support.

  • Private document access requests (up to 10 approved unique domains per year).

Note: Not currently supported for mobile device screens.

Trust Center Pro

If you’d like to upgrade to Trust Center Pro, please book a demo or contact the Customer Success team.

Trust Center Pro includes all features of Trust Center Essential, plus additional features:

  • Salesforce connection: Connect a Salesforce, a CRM, to provide more context to Drata and streamline document access request.

  • Private document access requests: Up to 300 approved unique domains per year.

  • Custom public trust page URL: Contact the Customer Success team to set this up.

  • Personalization and branding: Use an HTML editor to further customize your public Trust page.

  • Automated access approvals: Identify pre-approved domains for automated access.

  • Configurable access expiration dates: Default length is 365 days.

  • Publishing capabilities: Publish Topics & Common Questions and live Announcements.

  • Docusign NDA integration: Contact the Customer Success team to set this up.

  • Open APIs: Access Trust Center open APIs for further customization.
