HERE'S WHY

Building trust with prospects and customers is an important part of growing your business. We want to enable all of our customers to showcase their overall security posture and selectively share information, regardless of which Trust Center plan you're on. This article goes over the two versions of Trust Center, Essential and Pro.

BEFORE DIVING IN
If you have not purchased Trust Center, you are on Trust Center Essential. If you have purchased Trust Center, you are on Trust Center Pro.

  • Trust Center Essential

    • All Drata customers have access to Trust Center Essential.

    • On this version, you have:

      • Single hub to host security reports, documents and policies

      • Live view of your security posture

      • Clickwrap NDA support

      • Private document access requests (up to 10 approved unique domains per year)

      • Not currently supported for mobile device screens

  • Trust Center Pro

    • If you’ve purchased the full version of Trust Center, you have access to Trust Center Pro.

    • On this version, you have all of the features in Trust Center Essential, plus:

      • Private document access requests (up to 300 approved unique domains per year)

      • Custom public Trust page URL (please contact the Customer Success team to set this up)

      • Further personalization and branding of your public Trust page with an HTML editor

      • Ability to identify pre-approved domains to automate access approvals

      • Configurable access expiration dates (default length is 365 days)

      • Access to publish Topics & Common Questions

      • Access to publish live Announcements

      • Docusign NDA integration (please contact the Customer Success team to set this up)

      • Access to Trust Center open APIs for further customization

      • Not currently supported for mobile device screens
