From the Trust Center, you can download reports containing vital information about how your customers and prospects interact with your Trust Center page. This information, especially when using Trust Center Pro with CRM, can be leveraged to understand different metrics. Additionally, these insights can be shared with internal stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of Trust Center in the sales cycle.
Generate a report
Navigate to Drata's Trust Center page.
Select the Insights tab and then the Generate report button.
Select the timeframe from which you want to gather insights. You can also select Custom to customize the timeframe.
Select Generate and then Confirm.
When the reports are finished generating, you can download the zip file directly from Drata. You will also receive an email with a link to the file, which is valid for 7 days.

After downloading the report, you will find a zip file containing the following CSV files:

Description: Contains domains that have been approved to automatically access your Trust Center documents.
