From the Trust Center, you can download reports containing vital information about how your customers and prospects interact with your Trust Center page. This information, especially when using Trust Center Pro with CRM, can be leveraged to understand different metrics. Additionally, these insights can be shared with internal stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of Trust Center in the sales cycle.

Generate a report

  1. Navigate to Drata's Trust Center page.

  2. Select the Insights tab and then the Generate report button.

  3. Select the timeframe from which you want to gather insights. You can also select Custom to customize the timeframe.

  4. Select Generate and then Confirm.

    • When the reports are finished generating, you can download the zip file directly from Drata. You will also receive an email with a link to the file, which is valid for 7 days.

Report Content

After downloading the report, you will find a zip file containing the following CSV files:

  • REQUESTS_APPROVED_DOMAINS.CSV

    • Description: Contains domains that have been approved to automatically access your Trust Center documents.

    • Fields:

      • Approval Date (UTC)

      • Approved Domains

      • Name

      • Approver Email

  • ACCESS_REQUESTS_APPROVED_EMAILS.CSV

    • Description: Contains individual email addresses that have been approved to automatically access your Trust Center documents.

    • Fields:

      • Approval Date (UTC)

      • Approved Emails

      • Name

      • Approver Email

  • ACCESS_REQUESTS_LIST.CSV

    • Description: Provides a log of access requests, including who requested access, the organization, and the documents involved.

    • Fields:

      • Date/Time(UTC)

      • Organization

      • Name

      • Requester Email

      • Documents

      • Status

      • Processed by Name

      • Processed by Email

      • NDA Source

      • Length of Access

      • Expiration Date

  • DOCUMENT_REQUESTS_FILE_NAME.CSV

    • Description: Summary of the requested documents, categorized by type and name, including the number of times each document has been requested.

    • Fields:

      • Document Type

      • Document Name

      • Count

  • PRO_REVENUE_INFLUENCED.CSV

    • Description: Tracks the influence of your Trust Center on company revenue by associating document requests with CRM opportunities and helps quantify how interactions with your Trust Center have potentially contributed to revenue by showcasing sales stages and associated opportunity values.

    • Fields:

      • Request Date/Time

      • Company

      • ACV (USD)

      • Initial Opportunity Stage

      • Current Opportunity Stage

      • Opportunity Name

      • Opportunity Id

  • SUMMARY.CSV

    • Description: High-level summary of the number of requests made for private files on your Trust Center page.

    • Fields:

      • Date

      • Private File Requests

Use our public API to generate Reports

Leverage our public API to programmatically generate Trust Center usage reports. This allows you to upload the files to an analytics tool or schedule usage reports for key stakeholders.
