For those who have Trust Center, you can now visualize vital information about how your customers and prospects interact with your Trust Center page. This information, especially when using Trust Center Pro w/ CRM, can be leveraged to understand metric trends such as document downloads, page views, and how Trust Center influences your organization’s revenue. Additionally, these insights can be shared with internal stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of Trust Center in the sales cycle.

Trust Center Pro customers with a CRM connected will see data about influenced revenue and the popular opportunity stages that receive document access requests.
Pending request data is not shown. All document request data is representative of all Processed (Approve/Denied) Trust Center requests.
Insights data is live with the exception of Page Views, which could be delayed up to 2 hours, and SFDC data which is refreshed every week, or refreshed when using the Sync button.

Navigate to the Trust Center from the left navigation.
Select the Insights tab.
Select your desired Time Range.
