Updated over a week ago

The Trust Center Settings contain general and privacy information regarding your Trust Center.

To configure details about document access management, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Trust Center page on Drata.

  2. Select Settings at the top right corner.

  3. Scroll down to the Document access management section and select the edit icon.

  4. Set up preferences for Trust Center document access.

    • Upload an NDA file: The uploaded NDA will be used for access requests to private documents on your Trust Center.

    • Use Docusign for NDA: If you are using Trust Center Pro, you have the option to connect Docusign and use an existing template for your NDA.

  5. Search CRM for existing NDAs.

    • Trust Center Pro customers have the option to connect a CRM, such as Salesforce, to Drata to streamline document access requests. Check out this article for more information: Streamline your documentation access request.

  6. Enter an email for access request notifications.

    • Access request approver email: This email will receive all private access requests for your Trust Center. This will be pre-filled with the Security / Compliance Email from your Company Info page in Drata.

  7. Tell visitors where to find your contact details.

    • Contact page URL (optional): The “Contact page URL” will be used in the emails that are sent to the people requesting access to your documents. This will be pre-filled with the support/help URL from your Company Info page in Drata.

  8. Length of access.

    • Access length in days: Specifies how long approved requests will have access to view your documents. By default, this is set to 365 days.

      • If you are using Trust Center Pro, you can customize this access length.

Ensure you save your changes.
