Overview
Editing a custom test allows you to update test logic. Drata creates a draft version of the test so you can safely make changes, review results, and publish updates when ready.
Edit a Custom Test
Go to Monitoring.
Select the custom test you want to edit.
In the test details page, locate the Test logic section.
Select Edit.
When you select Edit logic:
A draft test is created from the published version.
Only one draft can exist per published custom test.
The published test continues running unchanged, so readiness and audit evidence are not affected.
