The steps to find your Account ID depend on your interface version. Select a link to skip to the instructions for your version.

Customers who joined Drata on or after Feb 24, 2026 are automatically on the New Experience.

Your Account ID uniquely identifies your Drata account and is commonly required when configuring integrations, working with Drata Support, or referencing your environment in automation workflows.

  1. Select Settings.

  2. Open Organization details page. Ensure you are on the Org tab.

  3. Scroll down and locate the Account ID.

Things to be careful about

  • Updating organization details can impact automated tests and audit readiness.

  • Changing the email domain or legal identifiers without coordination can cause integration or evidence issues.

  • Some fields, including Account ID and data residency, are read-only and cannot be modified.


Instructions for the Classic Experience ⬇️

Your Drata Account ID is often required when configuring integrations or performing account-level operations. This article explains where to locate your Account ID within the Drata platform.

Primary Location: Company Info

  • Go to Settings > Company Info

  • Your Account ID is listed under the field labeled Account ID

  • This is the most reliable and up-to-date location for retrieving your account identifier

  • Share account information with support
