Downloading policies provides a clear audit trail, helps track version updates for compliance, and allows easy sharing or offline storage.
The PDF includes detailed version history, such as:
Policy Information: Name, description, and renewal date.
Version Details:
Full version history
Creation date, approval date, published date , policy owner, and approver name.
Download your policies
Easily download your policies from your Policies page. Follow these steps:
Go to the Governance > Policies
Ensure you are on the Active tab.
Choose how you'd like to download:
Download All: Select the Download All button to download all of the active published policies. Policies in other statuses (such as Draft, Needs Approval, and Approved) will not be included.
If the Download All button is disabled, it means there are no published policies available to download.
Download a Single Policy: Select the ellipsis then Download published version PDF.
With these options, you can quickly export policies in PDF format.
