This test is part of the Job Descriptions control that ensures your open company positions have a detailed job description that lists qualifications, such as requisite skills and experience, which candidates must meet in order to be hired.

WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata is unable to locate a sample engineering job description the test will fail. To remediate a failed test, you will need to upload a sample engineering job description to Drata.

STEPS TO REMEDIATE

  1. Navigate to the Human Resources page (account-settings/human-resources)

  2. Add a 'Sample Engineering Job Description'
