ASSOCIATED DRATA CONTROL
This test is part of the Formal Recruiting Process control that ensures your company requires all new hires and/or internal transfers to go through an official recruiting process during which their qualifications and experience are screened to ensure that they are competent and capable of fulfilling their responsibilities.
WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS
If Drata is unable to locate a sample new hire contract the test will fail. To remediate a failed test, you will need to upload a sample new hire contract to Drata.
STEPS TO REMEDIATE
Navigate to the Human Resources page (account-settings/human-resources)
Add a 'Sample Employment Agreement'
