The Topics and Common Questions section of your Trust page can be used to anticipate your customer’s needs by adding short topics and common questions to complement your security reports, policies and more.

This section is only available on Trust Center Pro.
HERE'S HOW
Scroll down to the topics and common questions section at the bottom of your Trust Center. Click on “Add Topic” or click on the edit icon if you already have topics and questions added.
Enter text into the title and body. The title has a 150-character limit and the body has a 2,500 character limit. Up to 25 questions can be added to your topics and common questions card.
Once you’ve entered text into the title and body, click “Save”.
Once you’ve Saved, your topics and common questions will be published in your Trust Center.
