To ensure reliable delivery of important product communications and transactional messages, you may need to add Drata’s sending domain and IP addresses to your email server’s allowlist. This helps prevent emails from being marked as spam or rejected by your system.
Steps
Open your email server or gateway configuration settings.
Locate the allowlist or approved senders section.
Add the following domain to your allowlist:
drata.com
Add the following IP addresses to your allowlist:
50.31.205.11150.31.205.112
Save and apply your changes according to your system’s instructions.
