If you are using Trust Center Essential, your public Trust page URL will follow this pattern: app.drata.com/trust/[unique ID]. This URL can be found within your Trust Center homepage and Trust Center Settings. Ability to customize this URL is only available on Trust Center Pro.
If you are using Trust Center Pro, you have access to a custom domain. We will be hosting your Trust Center page in our Drata app and will route this page to the CNAME you provided. Steps for making your Trust Page publicly accessible:
When enabling Trust Center for your account, please inform the Customer Success team what your desired CNAME is for your Trust page. Example: <trust.example.com>
Once configured, you will receive an email with the DNS records that you need to create in your DNS provider.
Once those records have been created, your Trust Center page will be publicly accessible from your CNAME.
