Managing and Updating Your Trust Page

Updated over a week ago

Note: This article applies to the Classic Drata experience. Customers using the New Drata experience may manage their Trust Center through SafeBase.

Making updates to your Trust page is quick and straightforward, with many functions handled automatically.

Prerequisite

  • Admins, information security leads, and workspace managers can access the Trust Center for each workspace.

  • If you are a workspace manager, confirm that you are assigned to the correct workspace before proceeding.

  • Your subscription plan must be Trust Center Pro.

Accessing the Trust Center

To build or update your Trust page:

  1. Navigate to Trust in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Trust Center.

For detailed, section-specific instructions, refer to the "Trust Page Editor" collection.

Trust Page Content Behavior

The following behaviors describe how content updates and removals are handled on your Trust page:

File and Policy Deletion

  • When you delete a file in Drata and that file has been uploaded to your Trust Center, it is automatically removed from your Trust page.

  • Any private access link for a download ZIP that includes the deleted file will expire automatically.

  • When you archive a policy in Drata and that policy is uploaded to your Trust Center, it is automatically removed from your Trust page.

  • Any private access link for a download ZIP that includes the archived policy will also expire automatically.

Removing Files from the Trust Center

  • If you remove a file directly from the Trust Center, it is only removed from your Trust page.

  • The file remains available within the Drata application and is not deleted.

File Privacy Settings

File visibility on your Trust page is determined by privacy settings:

  • Files set to Public can be viewed and downloaded by anyone who accesses your Trust page.

  • If an NDA is uploaded in the Page Settings of your Trust Center, all files uploaded to the Trust Center are set to Private by default.

  • Private files can be manually changed to Public as needed.
