With Workspace Dashboard, you can manage and understand how each unit or workspace is performing. At a glance, view how many products have frameworks that have requirements or controls that are not satisfied or what is the progress and performance of each unit regarding their compliance journey.
BEFORE DIVING IN
You must have workspaces enabled in your account.
You must be an Admin or an Information security lead.
We have not changed any scoping or filtering for the accounts listed per service user. Each existing service user should see the same business accounts that they manage within the domain of their MIM account
Workspace level metrics
Note: The data displayed is gathered hourly. At the top of the page, we display a banner that showcases the time the data was gathered.
With the new workspace dashboard, you can view a overview of key compliance metrics to ensure that the various business units are on track. To access the dashboard, go to your Dashboard page, and then select the All workspaces tab.
You can view the following metrics:
Non-ready controls: The number of controls that are mapped to a framework within that workspace.
Control Readiness: Calculation of the total readiness of in-scope controls within a given workspace.
Tests passing: The number of passing tests within the given workspace.
Tests failing: The number of failing tests within the given workspace.
This does not include tests with errors.
Frameworks: Displays all the frameworks and the total readiness for each framework that the workspace has.
