HERE'S WHY

The Drata app now supports English, Spanish, French, and German. Admins can set a company default language and all users can change their language as needed. This feature is currently in Beta.

BEFORE DIVING IN

Be aware that this feature is designed to translate the app itself, including pages, table headers, buttons, etc. It does not affect your Vendors, Controls, or Policies. As before, you can still customize Vendors, Controls, and Policies to suit your company’s desired languages.

HERE'S HOW

Setting the company default language

  • Navigate to the Drata portal and login

  • In the bottom left of your screen, click on your company's logo -> 'Settings’ -> Language

  • Choose the desired default language from the dropdown

  • Then click ‘Save’

From this point forward, all new users will receive this language as their default. Existing users are not affected by changes in the company default

Admins and TechGovs: Changing your individual language setting

  • Navigate to the Drata portal and login

  • In the bottom left of your screen, click on your name select 'Language’ under ‘My Settings’

  • Choose the desired language from the dropdown

  • Then click ‘Save’

Changing your ‘My Language’ setting will not affect other users.

Employees / My Drata Users: Changing your individual language setting

  • Navigate to the Drata portal and login

  • In the top right corner of your screen, click on the current language with the flag icon

  • Choose the desired language from the dropdown

Changing your language setting will not affect other users.
