WHAT TO DO IF A TEST FAILS

If Drata finds that your company does not have a URL listed to customer-accessible support documentation, where support contact information is readily available, the test will fail.

To remediate a failed test, you will need to ensure that an appropriate URL has been provided within your Drata account that links to customer support documentation.

STEPS TO REMEDIATE

  1. Log in to Drata as an admin

  2. Navigate to the "Company Info" page (account-settings/company-info)

  3. Add your contact URL to the 'support/help url' section

  4. Update settings
