The Trust Center Settings contains general and privacy information regarding your Trust Center.
Click on “Settings” from your Trust Center homepage
On this page, you can configure Display Details and Document Confidentiality.
Document Confidentiality
NDA template file upload: This NDA will be used for access requests to private documents on your Trust Center.
If you are using Trust Center Pro, you have the option to connect Docusign and use an existing template for your NDA>
Contact page URL: This will be pre-filled with the support/help url you input in your “Company Info” page in Drata. The “Contact page URL” will be used in the emails that are sent to the people requesting access to your documents.
Access request approver email: This email will receive all private access requests for your Trust Center. This will be pre-filled with the “security / compliance email” from your “Company Info” page in Drata.
Access length in days: This is the number of days that approved requests will have access to view your documents. By default, this is 365 days.
If you are using Trust Center Pro, you can customize this access length.
